HOW IT WORKS
You sign up as a partner
Create an account on 2nth.io. You get access to the dashboard where you can provision and manage platform instances for your clients.
Deploy a platform for your client
Click "Deploy Platform" on the dashboard. Pick ERPNext or TwentyCRM, name the instance (e.g. acme.2nth.io), and deploy. The system provisions a full isolated instance in 3-5 minutes.
Configure and hand over
Set up the client's chart of accounts, users, workflows, and data. You do the implementation work — that's your value-add. Hand them the login URL and credentials.
We operate, you support
2nth.io handles infrastructure: uptime, backups, security patches, Docker updates. You handle the client relationship: training, customisation, ongoing support. You bill your client directly.

Pays 2nth.io for infrastructure
Monthly per-instance hosting fee. Covers compute, storage, backups, CDN, SSL, monitoring. Starts at R2,500/mo per instance.
Pays the partner for implementation + support
The partner sets their own pricing. Implementation fees, monthly support, training — that's the partner's business. 2nth.io never bills the client directly.
Operates the infrastructure
Uptime, backups, security, updates, scaling. The partner and client never touch a server. We handle all of that.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. We can configure a custom domain (e.g. erp.acme.co.za) via CNAME to their 2nth.io subdomain. The client points their DNS to us and we handle SSL.
The client owns their data. It lives in an isolated database per instance. We can export a full database backup at any time. If the client leaves, they take their data.
The infrastructure is invisible to the end client. They see their ERPNext at their subdomain. There's no 2nth.io branding in the platform itself. You can brand the service as your own.
We start tenants on shared compute (multiple instances per VM). High-traffic clients can be moved to dedicated VMs with more CPU, RAM, and storage. Just contact ops.
Monthly invoice from 2nth.io per instance. You bill your client however you choose — monthly retainer, project fee, or bundled with your implementation services. We never bill your client.
